Please review your work order prior to our arrival and confirm with the technician. 

Free up a large parking spot, and on winter months, clear driveway/entryway of snow.

Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.

We will not be able to enter your home if no one over the age of 18 is present.

We Love Pets too, always keep your pets contained in a safe place, the loud noise from our equipment can frighten them.

We do not move furniture due to liability issues.

We reserve the right to charge $150.00 hourly rate for clearing up our working area from furniture/household items and or snow.

Please note: Inclement weather or temperatures below 32 degrees may delay or affect your booking schedule.

Have an outside water faucet available for us to turn on.

Point out areas of concern before the Job starts.

Please clear and pick up all items from the Carpet you would like us to be cleaned, the more you clear the more we will clean.

Secure floor length draperies on the windowsill or drapery rod using hangers.


CAUTION- Walking from a wet carpet onto a hard surface can be very slippery! Please put a rug or towel on hard surfaces as a reminder. For health & safety, keep children & pets off recently cleaned carpet for at least 6 hrs. Or until completely dry. Most of the drying & Fiber Protection penetrating dye sites of the carpet, takes place in the first 4 hrs.

Carpet drying time can vary widely due to density of your carpet, humidity & the degree of soil. To speed drying, minimize traffic on the carpet, ventilate the area as outside weather allows, (not during rain or hot/ humid days) & increase air circulation. Carpet drying time may vary from 4 to 6 hrs. under ideal conditions and up to 10 hrs. In wet winter months. If Fabric Protection was applied post-cleaning, drying time may be lengthened but still should be dry in less than 24 hrs.

To avoid stains or rust spots, please don’t put any small items such as floor lamps, tables, chairs, magazine baskets, etc., back on the carpet until after 24 hours. Do not remove any pads or blocks our technicians may have placed under furniture until the carpet is completely dry.

Rippling can occur under certain conditions even when carpet is not properly installed. The adhesive that holds the backing together can absorb moisture and expand. In most cases, this rippling will disappear within 72 hours.


Please make sure all Air Vents & Returns are cleared from furniture / household items and have good working space around them. 

We will be utilizing your Dryer 220V receptacle during the cleaning process.

Make sure that the Laundry room is cleared 

The Furnace room must have at least 3 feet of working space around the unit. 

The HVAC unit will be shut off for at least 4 hours, It is recommended to turn on your Fireplace during the colder months once the cleaning starts.  


Please pull up all blinds and open curtains on all of the windows we will be washing.

Remove all breakable, electronic, paperwork, furniture and valuable items away from the Window and Window sills prior to our arrival.

Dryer Vent:

Please clear up your laundry room from household items.

Pull your Dryer out at least 2 feet away from the wall/duct inlet.

Wood / Vinyl and Tile Floors

Please clear and pick up all items from the floors you would like us to be cleaned.

Remove excessive dirt and pet hair from the hard floors. 

Secure floor length draperies on the windowsill or drapery rod using hangers.

Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival. the cleaning.

If Wax/Polish Removal and Re-Finish is in the order, please remove ALL furniture and household items from the wood floor to be finished. 

Please allow at least 2 hour before resuming traffic on the finished area.
