Please review your work order prior to our arrival and confirm with the technician.
Free up a large parking spot & clear your driveway & entryway of snow during the winter.
Remove all breakable and valuable items from the working area prior to our arrival.
Ensure someone 18 years or older is present in your home or we will not be able to enter.
We Love Pets too, always keep your pets contained in a safe place, the loud noise from our equipment can frighten them.
We do not move furniture due to liability issues, please move furniture or we’ll clean around it.
We reserve the right to charge $150.00 hourly rate for clearing up our working area from furniture/household items and or snow.

Before Your Air Duct Cleaning
Please make sure all Air Vents & Returns are cleared from furniture / household items and have good working space around them.
We will be utilizing your Dryer 220V receptacle during the cleaning process. Make sure that the Laundry room is cleared
The Furnace room must have at least 3 feet of working space around the unit.
The HVAC unit will be shut off for at least 4 hours, It is recommended to turn on your Fireplace during the colder months once the cleaning starts.
