Please read the following instructions and terms carefully:

Care and Results: Our team of skilled technicians will handle and clean your carpet, upholstered furniture, floors, vents, and rugs with the utmost care. However, due to manufacturers’ disregard for cleaning during the fabrication process, we cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for shrinkage, changes in color, fabric separation, texture changes, or other unexpected problems resulting from soil-resistant treatments or conditions that could not be anticipated. Any verbal statements, promises, or opinions from our employees are non-binding.

Additional Services: If our technicians discover hazardous waste, harmful materials, or other substances on your premises that require additional cleaning measures, such as excessive powder carpet freshener, adhesives, cleaning agents, or chemicals, additional costs may apply. The client is responsible for all expenses related to addressing these conditions, which are not included in the initial estimate or invoice.

The Client is responsible for making necessary arrangements to clear the working area of documents, data, furniture, appliances, and household items, and releases Denver Pros and its representatives from liability for any damages resulting from the failure to do so.

By approving the estimate, whether online, verbally, or onsite, the Client affirms that they understand the estimate inclusion and exclusions have the authority to authorize the work, and agrees to be responsible for the associated costs. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Denver Pros harmless for any actions or damages arising from this agreement. Denver Pros is not responsible for any damage caused by the negligence or actions of the Client. If there are any special considerations or property that require specific precautions, please notify our office in advance.

Denver Pros reserves the right to charge an $150.00 hourly rate in the event that our technicians experience delays caused by the need to wait for the client to clear furniture, household items, or snow from our working area In order to facilitate and complete our work on time.

Denver Pros reserves the right to revise the quote if there are any changes in the scope of work from the initial provided information to us via phone, email, or text message.

The Client must pay the balance within the terms of the contract upon service delivery. Failure to fulfill any terms of this agreement may result in collection, legal, and enforcement costs for Denver Pros, including court costs, filing fees, attorney’s fees, interest at a rate of 10%, and any other costs incurred in collecting payment.

Any disputes arising from this contract will be heard in Arapahoe County and will be construed according to Colorado State law.

This Agreement, along with the Denver Pros Estimate/Invoice/Receipt, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any subsequent agreements or services provided by Denver Pros will be subject to this contract unless otherwise specified in writing.

All returned checks are subject to a minimum $99.00 charge in addition to the written amount.

Our Commitment: Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with our work. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly return to assess the issue at no additional cost. We will make every effort, to the best of our abilities, to rectify the situation and meet your expectations. However, if upon assessment, we find that the issue is unrelated to the scope of work, we will be transparent with you about any recommendations and if additional charges may apply. A $125.00 minimum Trip Fee will be applied.

By granting access to our Technician/Representative onto your property and/or providing authorization to commence work, it is understood and assumed in good faith that you have thoroughly read and acknowledged the aforementioned terms and conditions, and have approved the estimate/quote provided to you.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected situations may necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments or reservations. For the convenience of both our customers and Denver Pros Cleaning Services employees, we have established the following policies:

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time, you will be required to provide a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total ticket cost or pre-pay the invoice in full to secure the new date and re-allocate our resources for you. Once the deposit or payment is received, we will work with you to find a mutually suitable date and time for the rescheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We request that the customer inform us of any cancellations a minimum of 72 hours before their scheduled appointment. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the appointment time and date, a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the total ticket or work order cost will be charged. In the event of cancellations on the appointment day or upon arrival, 75% of the total ticket or work order cost will be charged. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and compensate for our employees’ downtime that could have been otherwise allocated to other customers.

Consent For SMS/Texting, Postcard, And Email Communication

By supplying your mobile number, address, and/or email address to Denver Pros, you consent to receive service information, appointment reminders, payment updates, statements, and a maximum of one promotional message per month.

Please note, that Denver Pros doesn’t charge for sending or receiving text messages. Nonetheless, your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. We recommend confirming these rates with your wireless carrier.

You will receive updates about the status of your service, appointment reminders, and/or statements. For more information, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us or call us at (303) 317-5557. To opt-out, reply STOP or call us.

Denver Pros reserves the right to change or end our text messaging services at any time, without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use without notice. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

We may send SMS Statement Notifications through your communication service provider. You must provide a valid mobile phone number to receive these notifications. By providing your number, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that might arise from providing a mobile phone number that isn’t yours or any violation of applicable laws. This obligation remains even after the agreement ends.

Your information will only be used by Denver Pros and its associates for the purposes outlined above. It will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party.
