Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We hold your appointment time and a technician for you. This policy explains how rescheduling and cancellation work. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Free rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel at no charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled arrival window.

2. Late changes (less than 24 hours’ notice)

If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late change fee of $75.00 may apply. This covers the technician time and appointment slot we held for you.

3. No-shows, lockouts, and no access

If our technician arrives and cannot start the service because no one is available, access is blocked, parking is not available, or the work area is not ready, we may charge a fee of $185.00. The wait-time and access fees in our Terms and Conditions may also apply.

4. When we reschedule or cancel

If we must reschedule or cancel for company-side, safety, or weather reasons, there is no fee. We will contact you by text or email to offer a new time.

5. Your arrival window

Every job is scheduled within a two-hour arrival window, sent to you by email and text message in your job schedule notification. Please be available throughout the window. Our on-time arrival guarantee is described in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Deposits

If a deposit was collected, it is refunded or applied to your new appointment when you reschedule or cancel on time. For late changes and no-shows, the deposit may be applied to the applicable fee.

7. How to reschedule or cancel

8. Fees and exceptions

These fees will also appear in your estimate or appointment confirmation. We may waive a fee in an emergency or for illness at our discretion. By booking, you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions.
